I love to run!
I've run more than 10 races and always carve out time to train for at least one each year. It's my way to clear my mind, prioritize my health, and enjoy some time for myself.
I love the water.
Living by Lake Washington is one of my favorite things about Seattle, and when the weather's warm, I try to get out on the water every day. It reminds me of my roots in northern Michigan—being near the water is just part of who I am.
Dog person.
Dogs are simply the best—so loving, loyal, and full of heart. Even if they happen to not be traditionally the cutest, I love them all! Honestly, I could be surrounded by dogs all day, every day, and it would be pure joy.
