This starts with a phone call after you reach out on my website or meet me at an open house. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to learn how I can be of service.
We will coordinate a time that I can come by the property that you are interested in selling. I will go over my process as well as tour your home so I can gather all the information needed to give you a detailed report.
If after our meeting, we are both ready to move forward and work together, we will sign the paperwork and I will provide you with my detailed marketing plan and calendar to get your home ready for the market!
From the moment the paperwork is signed, through market preparation, putting the sign in the yard, managing tours, negotiating offers, and getting you to the closing table--I will be there for you!
